Warren's tone on the Detonator album just kills. One of my fave tones.

I like every Ratt album they put out....their music evolved some but I like the early raw stuff and the later refined polished stuff....great players, great lyrics, great tone....Ratt N Roll !!!!!

I actually like the vocals. :scared:
Yeah, I do too. I dont think that Pearcy is a good singer by any stretch but in that style/genre, he just seems to work/fit so well... As good as the guitar playing is in ratt, I think that Pearcy's vocals are every bit as much of the signature sound..

FWIW, I love Detonator, the opening track is one of my favorite ratt tunes by far. truth be told, Ratt is one of the very few bands out there that I can listen to every tune on every album without skipping any songs...

On another note, Pearcy had another band with one album called Arcade and that wasnt bad at all. It didnt have DeMartini caliber players but it did have some cool tunes on it and I still listen to it..

I like "You Think You're Tough" off the first EP best of all their stuff. They used to go nuts at the Troub for that one...

I still have Arcade's first release. Great album!

Still like Ratt quite a bit. Pearcy's voice fit the music. I don't mind his studio performances but he was "teh suckz" live.
