Finally going to decide if I liquidate all of my amps (iic+, SLO, SL68, Kelley and DC30) and finally go digital. I'm not going to play out live ever again. Even with the Suhr RL, I still think I could get more done with a modeler as far as recording and practicing.

I plan to snag a JP2C at some point this year, probably the Quad Cortex when it's more readily available, and the 16" MacBook Pros when they release them with M1 chips. I'm fairly happy with guitars, and recently got a Badlander which has been killer. I'm still teetering on whether to with a rack setup or tidy up my pedalboard, maybe get a pedal snake for whenever gigs can start again. I don't need much, honestly. I have simplified my gear so much over the past year and feel blessed with the few piece I've held onto. It looks like we could be doing a cross-country move out to LA, so I might need to save some money and keep the moving haul small, haha.

Nik makes a great 2204. You are going to love it

I'm very excited. I requested it have a few features from the 2202 and the King Kong: Deep control, character switch, bite switch, fat switch, boost switch and bright switch, plus a PPIMV. It's being built with the Gargoyle's chassis and PT with 6550 tubes. He says it will run at 490V B+ and I don't really know what that means but he says it will be tight and loud which sounds good to me.

If it goes to plan I'll be plugging into this front panel come June/July.
