Anyone buy one or try one? Thoughts and impressions.

Too expensive for what it is, IMO, but I've heard a few demos (yes youtube) and I dig how it sounds.

If it was much, much cheaper, I'd likely get one (even though I have no room for even another 1x12, no less a 2x12!)

See my sig, :D Unlike most here (I think?), I've been using (and dig) digital and solid state (with a few hybrid rigs along the way) for several years, which are / have been my main rig. While I still have 3 tube amps left (one I'm trying to sell), this amp would fit my gear profile ;) If the head drops <= $1500 new, ...who knows?

Would not even consider for that price. That's Kemper /AX II price point. Not sure what Boss is thinking.

Never heard of this until now. I will say I was very impressed by the sound of this for a Solid state amp.

Looks really badass too but for $2,500? That is completely absurd imo. I don't know the parts cost and labor cost for this amp but there is absolutely no way I would buy this for $2,500 with all of the crazy tube amps out there today for the same price or less.

I dig the sounds I've heard, but not worth the price.

The Roland Blues Cube Stage (100W) head is US $1499 street price, I think that's a good comparison price for the Waza head. IMO

Anyone tried one yet? I watched a few videos but got an earache so I stopped.

Have yet to try one. I'd certainly like to do a playthrough but hell no would I buy at that price.

Out of all the threads I've read, no one seems to have bought even a single amp. No one! I'm sure someone has one, but I'll bet they didn't pay full price.

Maybe they thought if they priced it like the higher end modellers people would just buy it because, if it cost a lot it must be good.

I tried it once and I was disappointed. I could get some decent sounds from it but I AB'ed it with a Mesa/Boogie JP2C and it absolutely obliterated it in every way and is the same price if I recall correctly and I also tried a Peavey 5150 after which I also thought sounded quite a bit better
