EDIT: I'm adding some more information because I've received some questions.
I'm not sure if the pickup covers are factory. I'm not the original owner of the pickups. They came installed in an Edwards Les Paul that I bought a while back.
The bridge pole pieces did not line up with the strings when installed in the Edwards, so if you're planning on installing these in a Les Paul, this may also happen to you. I've heard some LPs need 50mm and some need 53mm to line up properly.
I also realized the bottom picture was rotated the wrong way so it looked like the neck pickup had a shorter lead. I re-uploaded the picture with the correct orientation.
