******SOLD**********

This is one of the Music Zoo limited run Charvels that Tommy had made for TMZ with his exclusive neck profile. I bought a solid color mahogany version, and immediately sent it to the painter to get the Lynch inspired matte finish paint applied. I will include the Kamikaze "pilot" decal, but it was left off to better resemble one of Lynch's personal guitars.

Duncan SH-6 Distortion and big brass sustain block installed.

The ONLY issue that I have come across is that there was some paint that got into the trem cavity on the back of the guitar, while being painted. The overspray was later removed to better install the trem cover, and 2 of the 4 sides of the cavity have some areas where the paint lifted. I finally got a decent picture of this by not using a flash on the camera, but this method honestly makes it look alot worse than it really is. (see the 3rd pic).

Prefer a U.S. Postal Money Order or Bank Cashiers check, No PayPal please.

**********SOLD************

Thanks ZUEL69.

Thanks. It sounds great through Cameron modded Marshalls too! :D :poke: :D

Ahhh the worst possible time for this to come up for me.
I'm way tight on cash right now but I'd like to ask you a few questions about it anyway. Not to waste your time or anything, I'm just really curious.
So it's a mahogany body and maple neck? I imagine it sounds darker than an alder/maple guitar, but other than that, how different does the mahogany body sound compared to an alder body? Note definition, sustain - that kind of stuff.
How's the setup on it? Are the frets in good shape, any buzzing that you notice?

Very cool looking guitar man, this is almost exactly what I want, and if it was alder I'd start selling stuff in order to get it asap.
I'm seriously considering it and if I can hustle up some cash I might put a bid in for it. In the mean time, good luck with the sale.

Yes, Mahogany body and maple neck, and the mahogany does sound a little bit darker than Alder. The alder guitars that I have bought in the past sounded great too, but I just love mahogany guitars. I guess I get that from playing Les Pauls for so long.....I love the way they resonate even when played without an amp. Great sustain, too.

All of my Charvels were professionally set-up. Partially because my tech is always asking me for assistance with his playing, so he does it for free. And partially because I am not so great with setting the intonation on OFR's!!!! LOL. Frets are in GREAT shape, I bought it new about 8 months ago, and upon getting it back from the paint guy, have played it for 6 months tops.

Thanks.

Can't decide whether to keep it, or hit up the 'Bay.....

Thanks guys.

I am open to trades, too. I like guitars and amps just as much as the rest of you guys! Although I am partial to Charvels and Camerons, I try to keep an open mind......

That's a nice looking guitar :)

And it plays even better, too.

I have three of these, and just need to "thin the herd" a little.

Open for partial trades too... :D

Have had a few emails and PM's asking, so I wanted to update this to mention that it is

1-11/16 width at the nut, and has a Floyd trem.

One final bump with price drop before just keeping it in storage.........I just have too many guitars and not enough space !

That would be me....I'll make sure that guitar gets the night life action it deserves.
