You need to just hang on to this and the PRS these prices are insane I will say great guy to deal with and good luck with the sale I don't know why nobody has bought either one of these!

I don't get people either. Here, I get. But I've had 54 watchers on the PRS for 2 weeks, in someone's cart for days, and it's clearly noted by Reverb that its below market value, WITHOUT the upgrades and case. Both are stupid deals, priced to move. Over 20 tire kickers messaging me saying they want the PRS. They want you to give shit away, and when you are, they "watch" it.
