Went on a tube spree and starting to list the ones I won't use. I do not have a tube tester but I will paste the description from the ebay ad that I bought this from. Since ive got it, I compared it to other tubes 2 or 3 times. Probably didn't even add 20 minutes of play time but as I have no tester I cannot guarantee that these results were accurate to begin with. I feel they are, the tube sounded strong. Anyway the specs:

Description:
  • Amperex Bugle Boy
  • ECC83
  • Lettering 75%
  • I63: Production (engineering) Version
  • delta1A3: Philips Heerlen factory, 1961, January, 3rd Week
  • 132
  • Large Halo O Getter
  • Short Grey ribbed plates
  • Made in Holland
  • 4 seams on the top of the tube
Test Results:
  • Passed Shorts, Leakages, and Gas Tests
  • Triode 1 Gm: 300x4 1200 micromhos (98%); Triode 2 Gm: 325x4 1300 micromhos (106%)
  • Good range is >200x4 800 micromhos (65%)
Test Configuration:
  • Hickok 752A Dynamic Mutual Conductance Tube Tester
  • Tubes tested in same session, approximately two minutes apart
  • Test Sequence:
o Configure Settings
o Place tube under test in the respective socket, power on the tester, perform mains (AC) line check and line adjust
o Wait for ~60 seconds for tube warm-up
o Perform Shorts and Leakage Tests – Please note on the Hickok 752A these test results are obtained from meter readings and not illumination of a less reliable neon bulb (used in most other testers)
o Perform Mutual Conductance (Gm) Test
o Perform Gas Test
o Repeat for Triode 2
