SOLDANO to re release the GTO Pedal

Just spoke to Mike Soldano today and was asking about a few things and mentioned the GTO pedal that has been long out of production and he told me they are going to re release it very soon as he is just waiting on a few final parts and mentioned a month or so out :shocked: :rock:

I thought some of you might like to know this, so if your interested when there released you can get one from the first batch... I know I'm planning on getting one!!!
 
the GTO pedal is a one bad ass high gain tube pedal ... i guess it runs purely tube huh ? and operating voltage is rather high like 300VDC ?
 
the space box and or surf box would be great too.
 
I had one of these once but it had the ground problem that some of them were known for. Other than that the pedal sounded badass. Would definitely check out a new one.

Yeah, cool pedals if it wasn't for the hum.
Hopefully he addresses this with the new ones.
 
So these are to be used on an amp set totally clean, is that the case here? Listened to a few demos on youtube, sounded pretty good to me and I didn't hear too much hum. Isn't that what noise clamps/pedals are for anyway? tube hum? I never play without one.
 
Interesting, wonder if this is in response to the success of the effectrode, kingsley, and other tube pedals out now.
