We had a request to do a Dokken Under Lock And Key sound demo, so I put this together yesterday. BE100, Torpedo Live and my FX rig. No guitars were on the original backing track.
I overdubbed the rhythm for the solo part. The main guitar is one track including the solo.
Gibson LP Axcess with Duncan JB. My MXR 10 band was on. BE ch for the rhythm gain at 7ish.

Nicely done. Sounds meatier than George's tone on the original.

Missing the Rockman blended in, but great playing as usual.

Very cool.... sounds great... love the old Dokken stuff and the BE100 simply rocks!!!!

Quick question... Which cab are you using on the torpedo live? Sure would love to see them add a Scumback M75-16-65w 4x12 cab to their list of available cabs.

Got a cab loaded with Scumbacks from Dave!!! Love it!!!! But... I have the Torpedo Live too which I love for after hours playing at home with headphones and recording. I really want to get as close to the real deal as possible. This vid and the Feel Your Love vid are both great!!! (I actually like the tone on Feel Your Love best but... I'm a Halen nut so... that makes sense right??? Love Lynch too!!!) Just curious which Torpedo Live cabs and mics Mark used on both. I'd love it if Mark could share his settings!!!

Of course... nothing takes the place of moving real air when you really want to crank it up!!!!

 this sounds far away from the original. Its just my opinion

Mark day never said he was trying to tone match the original song track.

Mark i would love to hear your personal option on the torpedo live vs real mic/cab recording. Thanks

BE sounds great.......odd seeing you without the customary Suhr! \m/
