I was dicking around on youtube and found this dude. He writes and records some pretty awesome instrumental metal stuff on a pretty tight budget, which is impressive. The tunes are sort of Strapping Young Lad-esque. I'm really digging the Agile guitars from his videos too, might look into them when I'm ready for a 7.

I've been listening to his stuff for awhile, pretty cool stuff. I'd also like to try one of those Agile seven strings, love the reverse headstocks.

+1 on the agile!! i've been close so many times to picking up one of their sevens but i just never have. maybe one day...

I've been playing his CD in my car a lot. Great stuff. I hate his sound though.

I'd like to hear more of his actual guitar in the video. Sounds like he's playing to a backing track that includes guitar.
Sounds kind of like when a singer lip syncs....
