Some Diezel love from Bulgaria

Guys, here is a video of a Bulgarian band called This Burning Day. It was shot by the guys from Amps On Air in Music Division's showroon in Sofia, Bulgaria. :rock:
One of the guitarist played thru a VH4 which we all know sounds fantastic. And yes, we have a stage in the middle of the showroom :yes:


 
Cool song!

The mix is not very balanced, though.
Vocals too low. The clean vocals are barely audible.
The arpeggio guitar on the right is too loud.
The snare sounds strange.
Fix that and it will sound great! It's not hard too fix apart from the snare!
 
I haven't done the editing but I can let the guys at Amps On Air know.

Glad you like it though.

It's surely not the best you can get, we all can agree on that, but bearing in mind it was one live take to record the whole song it sounds alright with all its flaws. Happy you like it guys.

Yes, you can clearly hear the VH4 stamp :rock:

If a metalhead from hell can't put up with me saying that the vocals should be turned up a bit, I really don't understand what's going on in your world.

No worries, I can "put up with it" I was just pointing out your ignorance is all.
Guy has a cool band and vid but you had to come blast his mojo.
 
I think cheftie has got nothing to do what that band and just posted the video because they are also from Bulgaria... so those mix suggestions and the following discussion are quite superfluous; and if they like their mix that way, more power to them, or it could not be any better because it was shot in a showroom and not in the studio. We are just here to revel in Diezel tones, is all.

Guys, please, no bad feelings. We all post here because we share the Diezel love.

I work at the music store the video was shot in (and where Diezel amps live here in Bulgaria :)). The guys from This Burning Day are young and they need support, they know that it could have been done better but that's only one live take after all. That's the idea behind Amps On Air.

Most importantly, there is a Diezel amp sighting which we're always happy to see, don't we? :rock: :rock: :rock:
 
It's funny how I got pissed off about this but the OP didn't.
I thought he was a band memeber of this video.
I apologize for getting so hostile about this one.

I guess I don't like when posters come in and say something negative about it unless they ask for opinions.
