What gauge cable is he using in that?? It looks like he is pulling around a Garden Hose

Midi cable for the Godin.

His sig amp?

Same one that should be made for EVH, Lynch, Warren, Yngwie, etc..................nmv Marshall and you can pick your faceplate what what ever artist you want.

Shit I should be in marketing.

Midi cable for what or why?? They have a Keyboard player..
That clip sounds nice and chunky but I think it is because it was filmed from his end of the stage..

The other 2010 live clips I have watched filmed from out front today, The guitar sounded weak...

Sounds like he is using less gain..
Regardless I still love his playing and can't wait to see them play live..

Do I see a "Floyd" on his Godin?

Yes you did, that guitar is badass and he has been with Godin for awhile now so he must really dig them.

I own 2 Godin Signature... Those guitars rock!!! I would really love to have one with a Floyd.

He's adding some synth stuff as well, at a certain point he walks to the pedalboard closest to the camera where he has a Roland guitar synth thing. And he could also be adding some acoustic tones in the background to fill out the sound.

I think he only uses the Godin on a couple of songs. They are great guitars, very underrated.

Ah ok Cool... It sounds chunky on that side of the stage.. I know where I am hanging out when I go see them..

I had a 2 humbucker made in Canada Godin with a floyd rose in the late 90's, That guitar ripped so much I have actually looked for it on ebay but have not found it yet.. :aww:

SS is the kind of guitarist that makes a band and singer look good. Great player for playing just exactly what makes the song sound cool. It is a different type of player but he seems to have a Gilmour type of skill in knowing how to do super cool licks and then know when to use a bit of silence in space. He seems good at getting that stripper music vibe...

I will check out that side project CD of his mentioned.

For you folks who liked his work with Atomic Playboys and Vince Neil, you should check out the Jerusalem Slim project that he did with Michael Monroe.

I'm a huge fan of all Steve's work, but that's the worst thing ever done IMO

Cheers for that! Steve rocks!

Yep- Steve himself posts a bit here and there at the HugeRacksInc forum. Really down to earth, such a cool bloke & killer musician. He's making AxeFX presets too.

Stevens does rock...his last solo album is so awesome!

The horn parts come from the guitar synth in that song. That captures the sound of his system very well.
