At aggressive settings how does the Thrasher compare to the Diezel Herbert?

Thanks, man. Yes that is my Andy. Love that guitar. Everyone that played it this week loved it too. Had some heavy hitters playing it and freaking out about it. Per Nilsson, Dino Cazares, Wes Hauch...all digging on it!

It is overall more aggressive sounding and the bass response is surgically tight. My Herbert was not that tight with my 7 string guitars. The Thrasher has a crisper attck and the notes are more immediate as well.

Can anyone tell use about the speakers cabs? What type of speakers are in them?

The Thrasher cabs are loaded with Celestion H-100s. The bottom cab is about 2 inches deeper than a standard Marshall cab and is front ported for massive bass response. The top cab is angled but in a really cool way that goes all the way from the bottom of the cab to the top in one constant angle. Bass response is super tight on that cab and a bit bigger and looser on the bottom cab (still nice and tight though). When using the full stack it is monstrous. I had them both going and the amp cranked before the show started and and it was deadly. Had people coming from all over the NAMM show floor to see what the amp was. What you hear on the vids and clips is the bottom cab, fyi.

That is a a Nova Repeater in the parallel loop. Love that delay and the loop on the Thrasher is as good as it gets.

The RD45 is awesome. A little darker than the 100. I also really like the RD20 with the 6V6s. You can also put 6V6s in the RD45 with no problem.

Indeed would be scary as hell

I could be wrong here BUT I think you were looking at Channel 1 but he was playing Channel 2.
