Haven't posted in a while but I just recently got some new toys that's adding to the fun I am having with the Rebel. I had ordered a Damage Control Glass Nexus about a month ago but Musician's Friend kept moving the availability date back to sometime in January. So I picked up one on Ebay for $249 minus a 10% off coupon and this baby was NIB! Running it in the effects loop and it sounds fantastic. Delay, reverb and choice of mod effect. High quality unit made right here in the good ole USA. 
Then today I received the following:
MXR Dyna Comp
MXR Smart Gate (to hush some of the Rebel's hiss during higher gain applications)
and (drum roll) the much heralded BB Preamp
Been playing around with these all night and everything sounds great. The Rebel handles these pedals well and they give some nice variety. Now I've got to back off for a while on gear so next year I can get an E2 whenever they are ready! Just hope my wife doesn't see how much the BB cost me. She will definitely think I am
for spending $185 on this little orange gain box.
