Oh yes it is an original one, pretty much mint too. I have all 4 colours of the real 565's. Missing the proto in DY and red.

And that 540 PII took forever to find, they seem non existent. I had a black one that I sold last fall, should of kept it

But I can't keep them all!!!!!!!

Of all my guitars,35+, that's one of the last I would sell LOL. It must be one of the best feeling necks I ever laid hands on. It is perfect.

But if I ever decide, I'll let you know

It kills me every time I see a RG565. I don't know why I ever sold mine. I don't even know who I sold it to, been PMing anyone I've had sales with. Paypal shows nothing the day that I supposedly sold it. I'd kill to own one again. They squeal like a piggy man

Killer guitars for a great price. Now my other e 565s i do plag a lot so only the black one is not, but that is about to change.

Did you have a pot leaf under the clear pickguard?
