Given the fact that he has 67 posts, I think its safe to say that he is trolling and that's not a seriuos thread. looks like it was done by someone who doesn't particularly care for the cork sniffing that sometimes goes on at TGP.

It's funny (and somewhat ironic) how some of TGP strict policies actually provide a haven for trolls or trollish behavior.

Sounds like a troll to me too. Even if a strap did affect tone, its got to be so far down the list as to be insignificant, IMO.

Guitar, pickups, cables, effects, amp, speakers, cabs, etc all affect tone.

There are somethings that I consider to be pretty insignificant. IE power cords, straps, tuners, saddles, etc. I am not saying they don't, I just don't find them to be significant.

Shit...I guess I'll save my thread over there about if size and materials of the strap buttons changes tone. I mean, come on, Gibson buttons are smaller than Ibanez...there's gotta be a difference in tone....right????
