This is a track I'm working on.



The main issue as I see it currently is the vocals. I keep trying different styles but haven't found one that clicks in the way I want it to.

But are there other issues people notice? How's the mixing? Are the guitars too wimpy? Is the bass non-existent?

I have a very sub-par music room at the moment, which makes my mixes and masters hit and miss. Am I hoping I got it right this time so that I can zoom in on the vocals and record them in stages like most professional productions.

Point the finger as much as necessary, all feedback is welcome.

I don’t listen to this type of music, but it al sounds really muddy to me.

There’s no definition in the guitars, and the drums are too loud in the mix.

These are the only things I can suggest you do fix your mix.

If this style of music is supposed to sound like this, then I have nothing.
