Not NOS, and not scalable, but if you can find a source of vintage e-waste you can occasionally find desirable transistors inside items. Might not be worth the trouble, depending on how you value your time though.

I harvest everything from all electronics before I toss them.

I have quite a stash of TO-92 style transistors harvested from old effects pedals, as well as OP Amps..

Just don't happen to have these here.
