Am I the only one waiting for Mark to get nailed on one of his Ebay deals by someone with the same tainted ethics?

Mmmm... Karma.....

Firechicken dude.

Buck buck buck buck... Pun? Perhaps.

I see a WR6 everyday while driving my kid to pre-school, everytime I see that car I remember that freaking corner off the highway where I was matching your speed in the mini van and everyone yelling were going to die

WS6, but who's nitpicking.

Yeah, I could see that van leaning in my rear-view. I was ready to get on the gas and split the scene if it tipped. ;)

In spite of everything his girl in the avatar rocks. But I agree about the Karma thing. And also agree that the auction could have been a bit clearer, especially for that kinda cash. I have been selling on ebay for 12 years and am always concise and honest about what I sell.

You guys are going to piss Code001 off so I will let him flame you Generic Mess and Scooby-Doo users.

I should have said "My Wife's sport wagon Subaru" But not with her behind the wheel. What kinda Ford you got?

04 GT Mustang, some goodies but not crazy.

I had a Nitros set-up but yanked it, I am better off without it.

We might be able to take you in the first couple of gears. Its just a stock WRX, 0 to 60 5.8 sec. Vwey quick off the line. Faster than most but not the quickest car on the street. But if I do some mods to the boost and exhaust and air intakes I could get it up to 300 plus horsepower and then its a whole new game.

How did this thread get from Mega's custom shop to mom's wagon beating my mullet mobile

I liked the STI WRX I drove, very cool car.

I think we beat the crap out of the initial thread so its time to do a little modification and take a rabbit trail. My stock WRX is plenty of car for me and for the ice and snow up here in Philly its perfect as a daily driver. Even has room for my gear and surfing equipment.

What would have happened if you had gone through with having inlays put in?

I have Cooper Zeon tires on the Stang so if it snows I am tele-commuting :D I can get a 2x12 in there if my back is good that day, about it. It is a fun car to own and the wife has the Big Yukon so I can get my crap to the weekly jam.

Then the guitar would have inlays. It would have been too expensive and taken too long, and I didn't want to take the risk that they would end up not looking how I wanted them to.

Be nice about the familymobiles - I bought a 2008 MazdaSpeed3 wagon a few months ago - 6 speed manual, 263hp, 155mph top end, can get two factory mods to get it to 300hp (Mazda warrantied) and I spanked some doofus in a 99-04 GT on the highway on the way to the gig last night with a 2x12, RM50 and 100 heads, 4 guitars, and other gig equipment loaded in it. :)

Car and Driver got 14.1 in the 1/4 or so out of a stocker, and the first two gears actually have the hp turned down in the ECM so you don't get too much wheelspin. On the highway this car runs like a scalded ape. Plus it's only 2.3 liters of displacement. And I can put all my gig gear in it easily.

Pete
