Yeah, that´s cool. The Rivera Youtube channel is shaping up very nicely, I think. Lots of neat stuff with the demos, interviews, tech tips and what not.

Also, is it just me, or does the 70/80 sound just like the T75 in that clip/comparison vid?
 
That clip just justified the fact that I really need some EV 12Ls.

It's good that there is a comparison vid like this...just wish they were miked away from the center as they all sound pretty harsh miked like that.

That video was really helpful for me. I've watched it no end of times. I'd love to try out a Tone Tubby, just to see whether they are as crap as that video taught me to believe.

Also, what were the eq setting on the amp being used? My only complaint with this video is that with some eq adjustments, any one of those speakers can made to sound great or horrible.
 
yeah it's hard to tell on these cause it's
1) a rivera
2) a silent sister

the single speaker can't be pushed the same way a 4x12 can
yeah and the mic placement

Too bad the recording quality on this is terrible..

Rivera did a GREAT job. I really like that JBL... sounds incredible! :thumbsup:
