speaker wiring question....

I have the speaker jack plate, that is familiar with marshall type cabs.

two jacks, and a switch to be either stereo/mono. I wired it up so that my cab is stereo at 8 ohms per side.

Do I need to wire anything else up to be able to run it mono? or does just switching it over to mono and using one jack do that for me...

Dont know, I've had 2 of those dam mono/stereo jack plates with the pc board fail, so I pulled the guts out and hard wired it for 16 ohms with a ext. jack in parr. never had another problem. Sorry, I know that dosen't answer your question

yeah I had it wired at 16 ohms, but had the plate so decided to use it. Just not sure if I can switch it to mono without having to add any wires at all.
