I had never seen this footage of the event and apart from how sad the whole thing is, it is incredible how small and cramped the quarters were in that club! You see one of the either fans or road crew take a shot in the chest when they tried to rush the guy. Insane! Was pretty ballsy to take a shotgun shot at that distance with a hostage but hey, he prevented further deaths. What a tragedy all around.

omg ive never seen that. terrible. the terror in Kats face made me tear up.

not going to watch it and never will...shit like that makes me hate the internet..rip DIme..

I didn't intend to post this for shock value or because I am a sick f-ck, just I had always wondered what might of happened and how it all could have gone down. In fact, I think the program edited out any kill shots of any type so you are just seeing what happened between the fatal shots. What really surprised me was just how small the venue they were playing was and how much of a shit hole it was.. The other thing that came to mind is why ohio has so many strange shooting cases like these?

Alrosa Villa may not be as serene as some clubs in "a lil place called Canada", and Ohio can be a "lil" rough around some parts. The club holds hundreds of people, been there many times, much nicer than some dives up north.

We've got our fair share of dives trust me... but what i find interesting is that their club tour would not have taken them to larger city centers with better venues is all. Also not a reflection on american gun laws either.. that isn't a topic for this forum I don't think and I'm not the preachy type.

I was 10 minutes from walking through the front doors at that show. I am very fortunate to have not made it to the show.

On another note, I saw Dream Theater there on the Images and Words tour. It's like watching an epic band in a bar setting at that place.
