Edit: They're in the classifieds if you're interested.

Made a couple more, this time with a slightly tweaked design and made with quilted Maple for the box and curly Maple for the cross members. One is stained light brown and the other I used a 3 step staining process... it's blue/green (turquiose).

They'll be fully cured/dried in another day or two so I can install the feet and they're ready to roll.

Beautiful! You need uglier cross members so people will actually mount pedals to them ;)

Thanks guys!

LOL... I know and had thought about that too. I may switch to Poplar for the cross members... not sure but I'll probably do a little of both (that's assuming there's a market for these).

Oh, there IS a market for these.

What's the damage $$ on these Bob?

I don't have pricing completely figured out for ones like these just yet because I stupidly didn't keep track of time. The figured woods are more of a pain to work with because the grain is all over the place so there's additional cost along with the higher material costs, but for these two I'm going to sell the brown one for $250 and the blue/gree (turquoise) one for $275. The additional cost for the blue one is because the additional time for the 3 step staining process. I'll have solid pricing after the next batch.

These are approximately 26.75" x 13" and are built with enough space underneath to mount a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus.

Assuming there's a market for these, I'm planning on offering ones with less exotic woods in the $190-$225 range (still need to figure out pricing).

By the way, I can also do custom carvings (your name, band name, whatever)... but that will of course add cost depending on the design. I'll be making a sample of one with carvings over the next month or so too just to show what's possible.

Oh my god.. I ll be going into debt now. i just got out.

Let me know when you're ready. I think I'm going to do a couple/few of these at a time to build an online inventory to make it easy for people to buy. I'll do custom orders but I think having pictures of exactly what you're buying along with a price can take some of the hesitance out of deciding.
