Special order "custom color" stuff?

Are there any sort of rough price guidelines as to what one might expect to pay for a non-standard tolex and/or grill cloth choice?

Say for instance you wanted a Dirty Shirley Combo in white tolex? Or something a little different like Fawn Slub?

The special pink and white rig Steve Stevens had made got the old gears turning.

I am interested as well, Considering converting my Small Box combo into a head and ordering a matching 2x12 in orange.

I think the small heads (PT, DSM, Runt20, etc) are either $50 or $100 upcharge and big heads are $150 (BE, SB, DS40, etc). I custom ordered a PT20 in purple last year and looked into all the heads.
