Seriously,
I don't know where to start. It was as though the amp told me what to play before I played it. It was like it said, "go to this fret because it will sound awesome."
Channels 3 and 4 sound like they have less gain than my IE4, BUT, they almost seem easier, and more liquid to play. Yet, they sound more like my guitar, snappy, overtoney, warm, awesome.
If you liked the way Steve Vai sounded during Fire Garden, this is the sound.
Channel 1 is very clean, and beautiful. I haven't spent a ton of time with this channel yet.
Channel 2 has more gain that Ch2 of the IE4. VERY VERY VERY interesting sounds here. Reminds me of some kind of NMV amp. SWEET SWEET SWEET. I def need to explore this one a little bit.
The reverb is the best spring reverb I've ever heard that wasn't made for playing surf through a Fender amp. I mean, this one actually sounds good with distortion!!!!!!!!!!
I don't have enough strength to type enough good stuff about this amp. I'm afraid I might completely rethink my rack way of life after this. Before, I could never quite find a head that sounded as good as my IE4 or M4 preamps, however, this might have changed everything.........
