ss vs be differences?

i am going to picking up a friedman for sure.

just havent decided which one.

care to elaborate on the differences between the two amps?

the ss has

full clean

revoiced be channel with more gain and sag?

gain switch on the back.

no fat, c45, hbe on the back?

is the more gain footswitchable?


can you elaborate more on the voicing and gain diffence between the two?


also can you elaborate more on the joe satriani mod?

It's a modded BE then there is a gain boost also. The Stevens is slightly more vintage and fatter then the BE.
