Stevens 2x12 Cabinet questions

I am thinking about down sizing my rig as I am moving into a smaller space. I am considering replacing my SS 412 (4 V30s) with a SS 2x12. I had a few questions.

1. What is the approximate lead time?
2. Would it be possible to go with one V30 and one Cream Back?
3. Are casters an option?
