Thanks! I use Hardwire delays. A/B one for rhythem and one for solos. I'm gonna add a third one for a spillover effect

Sounds great and playing is amazing as well.

I've seen in your footer that you own both the stealth and the regular version. How do they compare? From clips alone I would say, the std model sounds more like Van Halen. Is that correct. A lot of people seem to prefer the stealth from what I read though. What's your opinion?
 
Nice playing. Have yet to try any of the EVH amps in person , probably empty my wallet when I do .

I love them both really. The original has a better clean channel and that amp has a lot more sag than the stealth. The only thing I don't like about it is the blue channel. Way darker and way more gain than the original. I would love the stealth red channel with the original blue channel and original clean
 
Ok, thanks for your opinion. That was also what I heard in the YT clips (which of course is always a little dangerous) on both amps. As I think the blue channel might be the one I stay in the most of the time, this might be a strong hint to the original design for me.
 
Sounds great ! I have the Stealth and the 50 watt. Used to have the 100 watt also but sold it when the Stealth arrived. Just great fun amps to play. I snagged an EVH 4x12 in great condition from GC for $399.
 
I got the same problem man. Gut looks good when standing up. Sitting down is another story. Bigger shirt next time :)

That's the problem with the 5150 series amps... they all f* amazing!
I have a 5153 100w(early one) and I do lust so bad for another 5150 I(sold the one I had and regret badly), a 5150 II, and now a 5153 Stealth!
 
Best clip I've ever heard of a 5153. Is there any difference other than cosmetics from a regular 5153?

Yeah very different. More gain and little different voicing. I love both really. But I prefer the stealth
 
are using a Phase 90 or any effects on there? into EVH 4X12?
Anyway, great tone and nice demo :rock:
