Paid for on Friday, funds have cleared and it was indicated I would have tracking info by Mon. It is now Wed. E-mailed Frank last night and still no word. Where is my amp?

I'm telling you your company is the absolute best I have EVER dealt with. Frank just called me and gave me status. Sorry for the static I will report back once I have pissed off the neighbors.

Frank has been extremely cool to deal with! I'm ordering all my egnater stuff from the amp lounge from now on. I just checked in, and it seems like my m4 may be ready by the end of the year, merry Christmas to me!

Yeah I would have called but I'm on the phone all day arguing with pro athletes, doctors, lawyers, rappers/musicians etc. I literally don't have a spare second from the gun til the bell every day. The interwebz is my lifeline. I just hope Hilly, Frank and Bruce didn't pinch a loaf in the empty slot of my M4.
