I have a 6 String 25.5" Scale Synyster Deluxe from Schecter and I am trying to tune to Drop A#. What string gauges would yall recommend?

Not that I ever go that low, but I'd say 13's :dunno:

I'd go with 11's or 12's on 25.5 scale for that tuning. But get a thicker string for the low string. Drop A# is C standard with the low C dropped to A#. I increase the gauge by 1 for every full step down. C is 2 full steps down from E.

If you like the tension of 9's in E standard get 11's for C standard. If you like 10's in E get 12's in C. Then increase the thickness of the low string for the A#. If you decide on 12's for example then get a single low string from whatever comes with 13's to use for the lowest string instead of what comes with the 12's.

If you wanted similar tension to what a .046 string would be at E standard, your low string would need to be a .064.

Here's a good resource to determine what string gauge you want depending on your tension preferences: http://hikkyz.net/misc/stringassembler/

If you are happy with your current string gauge you can just figure out the tension and plug it in with the desired tuning and it will get you in the right ballpark.

youd need at least a 56 top string imo...prob bigger

Kidding. I have no idea, drop D is all I do. And then just a few songs.
