I recently converted to the Mobius and Timeline

What has absolutely amazed me is my Mobius can be set to workk in the loop of the timeline, so I can add modulations ONLY to the repeat trails.

WOW!!!

It's utterly an amazing feature. Highly recommended. here's the updated board.

I have the Mobius in the input of my amp and Timeline in the effects loop.

I have a timeline 2 I have had it for a few years back when you had to be on a waiting list to get one .
It sounds great !!! I hate to admit it but first I never downloaded the owners manual and second I don't even really know how to use it yet I've really spent very little time with it .
I guess I'm just a simple guy !! At some point here soon I will figure it out !
Really though give me less options and a few knobs and I think I'm better.

Bud- try shoving the Mobius into the Timeline loop. Then programme the mods as post and pre delay and switch between the 2.

As an example, putting vibe or chorus on the TRAILS ONLY (not the core note) bring a whole new dimention to what you can achieve.

it's obvious from my board I'm a huge Floydhead, and things like a CE2 patch on the trails is very Gilmourish. It is game-changing. You could shove both into the FX loop, have the Mobius inside the Timeline. Try it- you just need 2 more patch cables!

Here's the whole rig. Amp is the EC Twinolux. Missing is my 62 RI CAR Strat.

I hate the way modulation sounds in FX loops so I would never put the Mobius in the amps loop, phaser and flanger especially sound like crap in the loop IMHO. And for high gain I don't like delay in the input of the amp.

Nice set up

Theses are the next 2 pedals on my rack/board. Think I will run the timeline in the loop or Line out for w/d/w and Mob in the front.

I have the Flint in my loop of one amp and love it. The other amp I have the iStomp with Lexicon reverb and it sounds amazing to

I really can't swing both, so I'll be going Strymon Mobius and TC Flashback X4. Amazing devices though, that's for sure.

Love the Mobius and Timeline. I think we need a Bigsky as well. ;) Are you using any expression pedals? How do you like the Turbo Tuner (I was thinking of getting one of those to replace my Boss tuner).

Beautiful setup! Love my Mobius! I have it going both in front of the amp and through the loop.

Works flawlessly and sounds fantastic.

Well done!

I never use reverb.

No expressions as of yet. Turbo is brilliant, but note I have it running out of the G2 Cornish Duplex out jack, so not in signal line

Tone is really close in the clip.
can you explain the chain and settings please ?

Sure: (thanks BTW)

Demeter Compressor sus 60% vol unity; Cornish P1 (the secret weapon!) gain c. 60% tone 30% vol 35%; Cornish CC1 acting as a midboost EQ; Mobius Chorus on trails only set very, very wet; Timeline on dual 150ms/ 440ms, very wet, with 5 trails on a TC2290 aped settings into the Fender Twin set pretty loud and middy,

Guitar was CS Gilmour Strat.

If you look at the FX they're pretty much the same as DG used, or thereabouts. The only thing I didn't have was a rotary. There is no reverb on it.
