It sucks that they stopped giving you ticket stubs for concerts. Its all on your phone now, mostly. Im digging thru my stubs currently. Found these four. I have tons more from earlier in life. Im currently 50 years young. Seen Ozzy im guessing 12-14 times. From Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas. Rant over, just jamming some Ozzy this evening.

I chucked my stubs. I have some blues memorabilia already and maybe should've hung onto a couple picks and autographs but I don't have a collector mentality. I'll probably never have a "blues room" in my house. That's too extravagant for a guy like me.

For awhile there I was putting a printed copy of the internet ticket with the bar code in my 'scrapbook' but now everything is on the Ticketmaster app or similar. Man, the old days.

The good ol' days had some good and some bad about them. I remember waking up after a late night of fun and hoofing it down to the DECC at 8 a.m to get decent seats for a BB King show. I thought "I'll be the first one there and get the best seats for the $". I got there and there was like 30 people ahead of me in line, lol. I think the tickets were like $35 each.

I keep my Buddy Guy tic stub from 1991 in my strat case
it never did bring me any mojo
Of the few shows I've seen that weren't in a club seeing Buddy at Bayfront blues fest in 97 or thereabout was the best show I've ever seen. $10 per day genera admission too....

It's part of the decorations in my music room, along with posters, chord charts and my favorite:
