I orderd my modern a year ago in january with a set neck and reverse headstock. After talking with suhr today the guitar will not be ready for another 6-7 months because they are moving the factory and are not set up for a set neck with reverse headstock which is ok with me. My question to you guys which color do you like better the trans faded whale blue or the trans faded purple which you can see on the shur forum.

Blue or purple

Bengal Burst...

But that whale blue will look INCREDIBLE!!

See if they would do a Klaro Black Walnut Top. Mine is incredible. It has a unique airiness in the bass frequencies but is still tight. Its nice and warm also. When I talked to Schon a year ago he said it was the only guitar they had ever done with it except for one other in 2004 with a customers wood.

that is definitely the finest looking Suhr I have ever seen.

I like the Whale color too... But I also like the inferno burst they offer.

Heres a shot of my faded whale blueburst. Its hard to capture in PICS but trust me is killer in person.

blue for me, never been a fan of purple guitars

but that black klaro walnut finish i think beats all =)

Of the 200 or so guitars I have owned, none looked better (ESPECIALLY COLOR WISE) than my old Suhr...
