Supreme Court strikes down affirmative action in college admissions and says race cannot be a factor

Racism is a bullshit excuse. There's white people i don't want to be around.. What's that called? Nothing......There's black people I don't want to be around. Whats that called ? Racism....
I have white friends, black friends , brown friends and my wifes from Peru... BTW her family came here the right way legally and don't want any handouts. They are very proud people.
 
Anyone who supports Affirmative Action doesn't have children or is mentally unfit.

Why?

You're a white parent and you work your ass off to pay for your kids schooling from start to finish. Your kid has been a shining star of behaving themselves, never in trouble with authorities, plays competitive sport, does community work and has extremely high grades.

Your kid then applies to UCLA and so does a black kid who barely scraped by and has had trouble with the law and it's on public record. UCLA takes the black kid over yours and for what.

So why would ANY white person even bother with an education these days with this playing field. It's morally wrong PLUS it stunts society growth.

It should morally be performance based admissions. If people of color are better........BY ALL MEANS take them and if not take the white person.........simple and 100% fair and it motivates young people to strive for a better existence.

Here's a thought..........if colored people can't get into University the right way get their rich colored community to open their OWN universities.

How fucking simple and on the money is that.

Reverse racism is rampant in this country.................more like outta control.

All the affirmative action in the world couldn’t have gotten you into Oral Roberts Clown College.
 
At the end of the day....you can discuss and debate it at a high academic level for months on end and the result will always be the same.......it's wrong, it's immoral, it's destructive, destroys self-esteem & dignity and manifests racism more than any other society behaviour.

A level playing field can never be argued with. Merit and performance, that's acknowledged, promotes and propels a healthy society no matter what century we live in.

Color should have zero consideration, but I disagree what Jackson wrote. While African American citizens have made almost immeasurable contributions during wars, I would have to think, if measured, more white citizens have died fighting wars for America. Had Jackson said "poor" Americans, I'd likely agree.

I'm excited to see the liberal spin on what I wrote.
