Surreal Atomica 100? What's the story

I'm getting close to choosing between the CM and the Atomica...anyone else with more insight on these?

My sounds in my head - mainly 80's Sunset Strip bands up to Alice in Chains if that helps at all... I don't need a super heavy sound, and my main sound/tone influences kind center around classic Warren Demartini, George Lynch, Jerry Cantrell's AIC stuff, old EVH, Zakk (not the ping stuff...)...you get the idea.

if you like the name get it now cause im changing it to Custom 100. (unless that sounds good to you too) I dont want anything to do with this BS that seems to be unfolding regarding the word atomica. I just liked the name. I made no claims to the legend of Atomica, lol lol lol. Anyone who knows me knows i give full credit to people like jose arrendondo. I think Surreal Custom 100 is a perfect name for it. That way the HCAF types can shut the hell up. CCV camp wants it anyways for their modded marshall thang.

...................... since this is no cameron one yet Id have to say mine. but for the record, Mark knows alot more about circuitry tricks than I do. IN fact my atomica is a morphed Hybrid which marked helped me with so.

I think they are going 2500 ish and mine will stay just under 2k .

I like the name "Custom 100"... besides, I've listened to the clips of your amps and seen all the options you provide and I think your amp sounds kilelr regardless of this golden amp bullshit that is going around. I 'm enjoying the threads but i see the enjoyment of having an extra tube gain stage if i need it rather than hoping to squeeze that gain out of 3 tubes / cascade.

Maybe this is why i've really grown fond of my Randall MTS setup once i did a full tube swap. Thing sounds awesome with my Brahma (based on LYnch's fave plexi apparently), my own modded VH inspired Brahma (which is awesome! mid gain "Atomica style" ) and my Hilligan modded SL ++. I can do all the tones I need and it sounds bitchin.

We can definitely work something out. I'm busy basically all-day, every-day (between going to school and working full-time). I'd be willing to drop it off for a few days though

I'm sure everyone would much rather your clips than the ones I would do...
