Not really. The sustainiac uses the neck pickup to excite the strings into endless sustain and also create feedback. Apparently an ebow can be used to create endless sustain (never used one) but it’s not a pedal. As for the fundamental harmonic feedback, the digitech freqout can give you that in a pedal, but not the endless sustain.
There was an old Boss pedal, I think "Super Distortion and Feedbacker" ... it was pretty funny. It would sort of hold a note, but if I recall correctly, sometimes the pitch was different than what you originally played, or something like that but it was terrible.
I use the Digitech freqout pedal with the Fractal for holding longer notes for feedback/sustain. Works great! Nothing is like a loud amp with it's feedback but it does a decent job.
Fun pointless trick: if you have a guitar equipped with a Fernandes Sustainer, you can just plug a cable in to the output jack and leave it unplugged on the other side, and then you have endless acoustic sustain and harmonic feedback

I remember years ago when I had my first sustainiac I unplugged from the amp and left the guitar on the couch. Went into the other room and my girl and I kept hearing this high pitched squeal. We were going nuts till we finally found out it was the guitar. I had no idea about the jack being plugged in and I thought the wiring was screwy and the thing was gonna blow up. Fun times as a dumb kid! LOL
