switching a JJ with RJM amp gizmo

I have a friedman jj and I was wondering if I can switch the channel on the amp with the RJM amp gizmo... (I probably can but I need some help, pls)
What kind of cable should I use? Is the switching on a friedman inverted like on a splawn?

Just a mono cable and it will be fine.
