Ted's a redneck who sucks balls... that's the truth. Chops wise he is extremely limited. I consider him to be a poor attempt at Michael Shenker a lot of the time when he tries to dial it back alla mid section of rock bottom. His bands have always been solid as hell though and the vocals on this clip were amazing. Still, can't stand the guy. At the end of the day he comes across as a loudmouth asshole to me. I'd love to see him run a country. (for the record I'm Canadian so the Republican/Democrat debate is not a factor for me)

As for the combo behind the stage, nobody said that wasn't or isn't a peavey either. In most cases I think it is safe to say that these guys don't want mics moved on them on stage so they mic behind stage in an area that won't be interrupted. Tons of artists do this. The sound is coming from the PA when you hear it live. I've never been able to hear an actual cab over the 30+ PA speakers when i go to a large show. Just my opinion though.

I really liked great white buffalo on his live lp and his singer st. holmes, for me best classic hard rock of the 70ties very entertaining then....

The guy is a simply a hypocrite asshole, crazy bigmouth, in Europe he would be treated with laughing even in the conservative press, no platform, most people would be ashamed linked to his childish, narrow minded, greedy behaviour....so he is a bad american cliché, would not be proud of...

Seen Ted twice in recent years and he's most definitely using them. I was less than 10' from front stage and I'm enough of a guitar amp connoisseur to know and hear where his sound was coming from. And there was no combo on stage, the sound was coming from the PVs.

It's my opinion Ted is using the 2x12 combo amp in the center. Highlighted by arrows. The half stacks on either side are not mic'd or turned on. Also when he went to force a feedback effect he shoved the Byrdland into that combo amp in the center to get the feedback.

I have been around the world, and lived in a few countries. I do feel we have it very well here and enjoy the freedoms we have. Those that like it can stay, those that don't can work for change, or change their home address. We are quite free. Why do so many want to come here?

But Ted has every right to express his opinion. It is interesting that gay rights groups will decry and boycott people that don't support them. They even call them hate groups. So now disagreement becomes hate! Interesting redefining of a word. Same thing with Ted. He does not agree with many liberal ideas so he is branded a hate monger. So in doing so, the PC victims of being hated for being different do that very same thing to someone else.

Be like me or you are a hate monger and must be boycotted and exiled. Now that is PC in action.

As much as I like history I will never have the reverence and depth of emotion that most Europeans have. It is what makes us who we are. Your way of running a society has certain strong points and works for you, it would not here in the USA. Ted Nugent speaks his mind and when he talks 99.9% of the people understand he does not advocate killing people. The media will twist words to benefit it's cause.

Ted still rocks! His whole political thing does get a bit old, even for me, and I agree with alot of what he says. He is pretty tame compared to what comes from celeb's with the opposite view. I just had to laugh when Bono met with Bush to discuss international debt! I guess somehow, writing a successful song about MLK makes you a world economist!

I am aware, the Americans think quite differently...the reason Americans completely do not understand what socialism was intended to be.....(it goes much further than mentioned here => impossible to get it working btw.) , if you truly understand it, the fear of the Russians would not have resulted in mc carthy , the idea is soooooooo radical that it collapsed completely without interference....)

Nevertheless it has little/nothing to do with the Obama health care implementation in the u.s.....peanuts...paranoid!

Ted's voice is one of many that can be heard in a free society and i am glad I live in a country where we can have radically different political beliefs and still be friends. If Ted gets to a town close to you, go see him, it is a good show.

To be honest I dont think you really have a clue what socialism is or meant to be...

You say you have problems in Germany... Let me tell you, you have no idea of the problems in Germany. Been there many many times over my lifetime, my mothers side of the family are all German and I have a very good understanding as I have visited there often and still do. I have also spent a fair amount of time in Europe, and old Eastern Europe, its no panacea, nor is it even close. They have alot less freedom and the heavy hand of government is everywhere especially in Northern Europe.

You can call it anything you want, but if it quacks like a duck, if it sh*ts like a duck, and if it walks like a duck, its duck. At least in the country we have the ability to speak our mind politically and freely, and in the case of our media even lie on a regular basis.

You may not like Ted as an individual, his musicianship, his style, or even his instruments and comments. At least he lives in a country that allows it and not like in Europe, and well over another 100 countries, where speech codes are enumerated and enforced.

Even I dont agree with him all of the time, but God bless Ted.
