I consider myself a Fundamental Constitutionalist. Nearly always that means republican around here, but we have too many neo-con RINOs here, I support challengers in the primaries but we have too many people that vote establishment democrat or republiturd; the state/local GOP is always on the incumbent's side.I have no party affiliation.......I think most people are just PRO AMERICA like me...... the globalist's have corrupted both parties.......
What do I mean by a Fundamental Constitutionalist? Mainly the first 10 amendments are sacrosanct; they limit government power and establish our inalienable rights that are above government control and infringement. Anything that infringes, limits, restricts, denies, impacts, etc., I am against.
For subsequent amendments, I ask does it belong in the Constitution, is it consistent with the Constitution's purpose. If not, it needs to be removed.
For the government structure and responsibilities (e.g., three branches...), are the amendments, laws, and actions of our elected and unelected ruling parasites consistent with the Constitution. If not, they are unconstitutional and must be eliminated.
Finally, anything that infringes on my freedom and inalienable rights, or takes my money without my consent (e.g., the 13th amendment) are inconsistent, contrary, incompatible and irreconcilable with the intent, spirit and purpose of the Constitution and must be eliminated.
