A couple of weeks ago My BE 100 experienced a bit of a problem. Something went wrong with the jack or relay that switches the the sound between BE and HBE. I am not exactly sure what went wrong, Dave told me but I forgot. I am really impressed with the way Dave handled my warranty problem. He sent me a FedEx label, and paid for shipping back to George. The problem was fixed and they threw in the VH mod (thank you guys) for my trouble. A little problem cropped up however, I needed to use the amp for Easter Sunday at church. Dave paid for Saturday delivery shipping, very cool.

I currently own 2 amps that Dave is either the manufacturer of or has a hand in it and I would recommend Friedman amplification to anyone looking for a high-end amp. Dave treats every customer as a rock star, everyone involved actually cares about every customer. Yes, sometimes you will wait for service with Dave and in a world where we want everything tomorrow that can be frustrating. However Dave does respond to emails and even phone calls so it is easy to keep track of your amp or your mods and know where you are in line.

Respect right there. That level of service these days is not easy to find.

Might have to get me a Friedman here in Australia it seems :rock:
