Glad that youre digging her Bro. As much as I loved that guitar ( it was my main gigging guitar for 2 years) I get along better with the fender scale Floyd Paul. Ive also been playing my stratss a WHOLE lot more lately. I dont dont know what it is but I just seem to feel more at home on strats, like more of me comes out when Im playing them. Ill always have the Purple Floyd paul but the strats are the main guitars, at least for now. To be honest, I can pretty much use them on anything that I would have used the Floyd pauls on because the YJM pups can get pretty friggin heavy.

Im glad that it went to a good home Bro, Enjoy!!!

Yo Kage !!! you have to mention yjm and strats again in the same post didn't ya? now my gas pains are back...i feel bloated   :D

Looks like that guitar has been felt up by a bunch of us. :D I played it as well and liked it a lot, better than the Gibson floyd model.

I was pleasantly surprised with the phenomenal craftsmanship that went into the guitar. It is weighty, and feels "real" if that makes sense. There is no 'getting used to it' factor. It feels like home.

I am really looking forward to getting it back with freshly done frets, setup and w/ the Sustainiac installed.

I was seriously contemplating the Gibson Axcess, but HATE the light colored Rosewood they use for their fingerboards, nowadays. It looks "cheap" to me.

This thing though... MMMM Good.

Lee actually made the neck for my VH2 replica guitar (Charvel Body)

Here is Kage playing it, when the neck still looked new:

No...

I bought the body (Charvel) in LA several years ago, and had Lee from GMW make me the neck

Aloha Jerry,

I've been busy with work, and rehearsals for a bunch of upcoming gigs for the USO.

Carlos and I haven't forgotten about you, and we are going to be working on getting some video clips of the amp you did for me done-- next week, when he gets back from the Big island.

BTW, thanks for being SO cool to Bronson-- by helping him w/ his amp building. He's a great kid!

Thanks...

This thing is very cool! Ultra resonant w/ a TON of natural sustain, and the neck through body design w/ the easy access neck joint is SO much more comfortable than the tongue and groove design of the traditional Les Paul.
