It’s not strictly illogical, but perhaps imprudent. It is strictly illogical to disbelieve it on account of the outlet. So my question is, do you believe it, not believe it, or withhold judgement pending future reports from more credible news agencies?
The latter. I at least try to keep an open mind about things.

Also, quite frankly, on the topic of vaccinations, I'm indifferent. I got my first 2 jabs, yes. I needed them for work. I wouldn't have been allowed to continue working had I not taken them. I haven't gotten a single booster, however, and I don't shit on people who don't want to get vaccinated.

A friend of mine has a blood condition where he's prone to clotting. He lost his job because he literally couldn't get the vaccination, and his doctor documented this. His genetic ailment ended up rendering him a casualty, and quite frankly, I don't agree with the government's handling of the pandemic.

Whenever YouTube puts the "blue banner" at the bottom of the video - fact checking it, I know I'm getting some truth out of that video.

:geek:
Who said I think Youtubers are arbiters of facts? Most Youtubers have media studies degrees yet pontificate on any subject but.

Your friend died from covid?

Here's some more info about the DMED database and whistleblower. You might not like these outlets either, and that's your prerogative, but I personally find it to be a worthy story. I think you do yourself a disservice by assuming that because a story is not covered by the likes of NYtimes it's fake or vice versa. For example they are the same folks that breathlessly covered Russiagate for years, and look how that turned out.

Here's how I operate:

Either it's from a news organization who I may or may not believe, or it's from an organization who I will not listen to. Just because NY Times publishes an article, that doesn't mean I'm going to believe it. But if The Epoch Times publishes it, I'm ignoring it.

Offering good faith to bad publications is dangerous, as is offering blind faith to any publication. No singular source of information in history is monolithically accurate, but the motivation behind a Chinese Murder Cult's newsletter will never, ever be for the benefit of the spread of good information.

I don’t think your last point makes sense. I can read shit from all kinds of people I hate and agree or find value at times. The falon gong is a murder cult? That’s not my impression. Is this personal for you?

I love it when people condemn mainstream news media for being illegitimate but then their news sources are the equivalent of a McDonald's placemat with mazes for kids to draw on

Like holy fucking shit for real guys holy fucking shit for real. No news agency is perfect but opting for far worse ones is fucking insane

Wikipedia is run by Libertarian skeptics and they straight up call The Gateway Pundit a fake news agency. But I'm sure you'd rather call Wikipedia a pack of libtards, even though they're Libertarian and don't tend to give a screaming shit about "SJW" talking points.

For Libertarians they sure do ask me for money often.

It’s a good idea in theory, in practice it’s become an easy way to further various narratives in a biased and unaccountable manner. And for some reason the search engines point to it as if it’s authoritative. ?

I think the government should just create a TRUTH.COM and erase the rest of the internet. …Well only if it’s run by democrats, not the orange man

Holy shit. Thank God I didnt get any vax. God help you if you did...
One of the more obvious scams I have ever seen in my life. You had to be asleep to not see it. The best part for Pfizer is no one who took it will be left to sue them when the dust settles. They'll point to the last couple men standing and say "see, it didn't kill EVERYBODY." and someone will still buy that line of shit until they are all dead. And even then they'll blame some other cause. Global warming. Poor diet. Does the excuse really matter? No, because they have all the $$$$$$ already. Mission accomplished.
