The 42-Year-Old Airman: Air Force and Space Force Raise Max Age for Active-Duty Recruits

Under a new policy change, active-duty Air Force and Space Force applicants can join up to the age of 42 -- meaning the services are now willing to take the oldest recruits out of all the Department of Defense military branches.

A screenshot of a notice to all air missions, which was first posted on the Air Force amn/nco/snco Facebook page where airmen share inside information, read "the entry age limit has changed from 39 to 42." Leslie Brown, a spokeswoman for the Air Force Recruiting Service, confirmed the memo's information to Military.com and said the policy went into effect Tuesday.

"The Air Force made this change to align with [Department of Defense] policy," Brown told Military.com on Thursday. "This opens the aperture to allow more Americans the opportunity to serve."

So we'll have an armed forces made up of vaccinated transgenders and geezers. Not exactly a fighting force that projects power but they might be able to assist the fire department rescuing kittens from trees.

They are desperate for recruits. Seems like everyone is. I don’t think the transgender blue hairs or the normies are interested in signing up. I know third wave feminists are not interested in being drafted even though they can do eerthing a man can do….lol

Biden ruined the armed forces with the divisive vaccine stuff. Most of the best actual fighting forces are country boys and street urchins with few prospects, so they join the marines and army. BIDEN ruined it.

Yes.... I know someone who's daughter joined the army 2.5 years ago. She is smart and sharp and is already a Sargent.

I have not served so this is strictly from heresay, however many people I know who did not take the vaccine were ex military people who were sick of being pumped full of mandatory vaccines. Basically, it is nothing new and has been a thing before the covid vax
