As promised in Chapter 5 just hours ago (see viewtopic.php?f=3&p=1102926), I’m back with my second installment of the day.

This one is a little bigger and badass than the last, as I am prepping seventy-five pounds of Marshall punch for delivery to none other than the King himself. So sitback, compare notes and find yourself lost in a blur of peanuts and plastic tape…..

I sold Brad a Marshall 9200. Let’s check it out before it gets wrapped up…..

Given that I was going to leave the tubes loaded, I decided to keep them from "kissing" one another in the event of a heavy drop by Mr. UPS…..

BRAD - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE BUBBLY AROUND THE POWER TUBES BEFORE POWERING UP FOR THE FIRST TIME

Then, it was time to wrap it in the "bubbly"…..

Now, let’s check out the inner box…..

Line the bottom with peanuts…..

Drop in the Marshall and fill it around…..
Note that the potentially “offensive” ends of the power cord have also been “into the bubbly”

And then seal up the box (with full address information)…..

Now, here comes the BIG and the BADASS…..

The outer box…..

Line the bottom with 4” of peanuts, drop in the inner box, and TIGHTLY fill all around with peanuts.....Believe me - that’s A LOT of peanuts!
(Sorry, Brad ;) But look on the bright side; you won't need to buy any peanuts for a year   )

Then seal it all up – TIGHT – using astronomical amounts of plastic tape.
(Ouch. The fingers…..)

Apply the final labeling…..

And it's ready to go.

It shipped out this afternoon, Brad. Further details via PM. Let me know when it arrives!

Cheers!

Damn! That even beats my pack jobs, and I'm OCD about that stuff! NICE. Pretty sure that's near impossible to damage.
