My buddies and I were slamming singers last night. How they get the attention but don't help carry gear (except their Shure mic) and have to "work on their voice" so disappear when time to setup gear.

I know everyone has experienced this. When you are young and in a band, and each member keeps turning up. By the end of band practice you are f'ing deaf.
