So I finally discovered the power of the Darkside with my first modeler, a fractal fm3.
Holy smokes. I've certainly spent a bit of time building scenes and tweaking tones, despite that I've spent so much more time just playing since I got it that I think it's worth every penny.
I've put together two presets, one with a vibro verb clean, a slightly broken up small box, a dirty Shirley and HBE V2 and a pretty standard effects array rotary, chorus, phaser, flanger, delay and reverb. The second uses a Dumble clean, vh4 Blueface ch 2, vh4 blueface ch 3, and a Herbert but with a synth, whammy, and pantrem. These two presets alone have been so much fun to play. Now to download a daw...
