The Kemper rack is here!

This just in, Cliff releases an Axe FX Toaster design.....

Super happy for those who wanted a rack. looks great too. I personally like it bigger with knobs you can grab and tweak, looks like a good design, and the ability to have a power amp right on board will save some room. All good stuff, great time to be playing for sure, if this is the way you like to swing..

Ralph, I'm assuming you're using yours live. How are you running it?

Most definitely Brother! I'm working on the patches right now and I might even tone match stone in love :)

Right now I'm using the Kemper with 2 Behringer f1320d's and a Midi mate. Totally on the cheap with the monitors and midimate but it kills. I'm using the wedges behind me for stage volume and going direct to the board out of the Kemper. It's the first digital box that I can deal with going direct ;)

I will most likely be replacing the Behringers with 2 atomic CLR's ;)

I'm working on live patches too...have a GCP coming friday. For smaller gigs I'll probably just go direct out and use my in-ears. Is it possible to use the xlr mains AND the 1/4" at the same time or do they cancel each other out?

That's actually something that I was wondering myself!! I'll try it tonight and let you know! If they do cancel each other out, I can take a tap out from the Behringers straight to the sound guys or I can send the signal from the monitor mix to 1 behringer and daisy chain them ;) Lot's of options. I would use in ears but Les prefers to hear me on stage

At my bigger gigs that aren't too far for travel, I'll probably 4CM it with my DSL/cab and give the sound guy the xlrs...say hi to Les for me!

Will do!!

I'm actually done with hauling the stuff brother! The 2 Behringers weigh 35lbs each and you know how light the Kemper is :)

For the fly out's that I have I'm just bringing the Kemper and a Midi mouse :) I'll have the regular DSL backline and cab and use that for a monitor and then have the kemper go direct. If the kemper takes a dive on me, I'll play the show with a DSL :)

Dammit, it's going to be seriously hard not to sell some gear now...

Yeah especially since they just added acoustic patches :)

I'd rather see it inside a tolexed headshell already with some power tubes behind it.

Pretty much what I'd do for fly dates. How are you transporting it?

I'm spending too much $$$! I actually have a bag/case that I normally put my cables, etc in that will fit it no problem. I just need to make a partition for the inside. Not sure if I can get it on a plane though.  The ground control could fit in a suitcase but then I have my talkbox and aby selector...too much crap!
