reading, studying and regurgitating stats are one thing. they been doing that for 125 yrs. but its just that stats.

I hear man and I get where youre coming from its just an undeniable edge to those who use it vs those who dont and its not just that.....

As you said studying and doing your HW has been around forever and you can't just get on Trajekt Arc and expect to beat Skubal or Skeenes..... it still takes work and talent and you actually have to be smart in how you use it too. If your not smart, dont have talent or time to practice and study, it doesn't matter how good the new tech is.


To me its just a tool but I see where youre coming from and agree with some of your points here.

The Angels are in Heaven...... after destroying the Blue Empire and the Dodgers this series and sweeping them all season long......how sweet the taste of those McDonalds golden crispy fries after an Angels win like this........ #Go Halos ^_^



 
As a fan..... I have to say I was rooting for Sho to do well yesterday but I was also rooting for my team and the Angels to win and for the young core like Neto, Bryce T, Schanuel, Christian Moore etc etc..... in any regard I am so proud of Ohtani-san and what he has done and continues to do to amaze everyone...... back when he was an Angel though.....

Not many believed that he could do it, many said that the Angels made a mistake, that the Angels were insane for trying to develop the first 2 way player since Babe Ruth.........


That it was impossible and Shohei was a CIRCUS FREAK SHOW and no one else took in Ohtani into the MLB other than the Angels.... but the fans believed.....and always supported him and although he is on a new team I still believe in him and support Shohei...... and Ohtani made his dreams of becoming an established 2 way player in Anaheim with the fans support come true......


Now as a Dodger its not only recognized that he can do the impossible, its expected..... and yeah he still delivers ^_^

The Kids Real MLB 2025 Top 12 Power Rankings Update August 10th, 2025.......




Based off Total Team WAR, Starting Pitching rotations projections and the WAR-Ratio as a baseline along with other factors and considerations for teams with most likelihood and highest likelihood of making postseason for 2025.......


My Rankings are more accurate and to a lower margin of error when it came to my Regular Season and Post Season Power Rankings in the 2023 season vs the "experts"......they actually reflected performance by teams better than MLB/ESPN/Verlander/The-Ringer.... as good as the "experts" in 2024 and I don't have a full department of people and "professionals" or "experts" like Ken Rosenthal running around a floor of 500 people and a nationwide network of hundreds if not thousands of reporters and journalist..........



It's just me, my WAR-Ratio method and other factors and considerations, basic stats available to everyone and a little bit of calculus along with my Ti-84+ calculator.......thats it......you heard it here first.......

Currently beating the "experts" at MLB/ESPN/MLB on Fox at their own game........ and while they think they are matching me....... pretty much just copying and pasting my methodology based on the WAR-Ratio that I developed...... they may be using the same deck/hand as me but they don't know how to really use it or how to play the cards that I invented and developed to their full potential.........

I'm beating the "experts" and every "expert" on the planet in terms of Baseball on every level regarding my preseason Power Rankings vs the "experts"............

Its a hitters game...... and its all about the fundamentals and the basics in the box...... and the Brewers get an A+ on all marks and pass with flying colors when it comes to studying and doing their HW.........


Studying, doing your HW and focusing on the fundamentals pays off....... and nvm pure HRs deciding games, OPS+, WAR and whatever other guff..... thats real Baseball ^_^

Oct 3rd, 2024.....


This explains Detroit Platoon Pitching and why it works especially in regards to TTO or through the order.



As a pitcher goes through the order their ERA goes up the more and more on average they face the same batters as the batters get used to their pitches.

You also get less strikes using the same pitcher over innings.

The more and more a batter faces a pitcher the more their OPS goes up giving a 70 point advantage pretty much on average the third time around that a batter faces a pitcher.

Tigers stand at the front when it comes to platoon pitching as we can see here with the least amount of starter usage. No other team uses starters less due to their Platoon Pitching and how they approach pitching.

Given where the Angels are at now......



I only said they should buy because deep down I thought they could only make a winning season by a miracle to support the young core...... so we can give the young in our team representing our city a chance to win meaningful games and build...... contrary to most BS "experts " opinion.....


But given the gaps in the AL West.........


The Halos and Anaheim have a real chance to crash the party in October.....


And I believe it now more than ever...... and they are really bringing some real F1 the Movie Vibes as a Clubhouse......



#GoHalos...... and the Angels Young Core along with vets like Trout and Jansen...... really bring real potential to the table and above all.............



POSSIBILITY ^_^






 
This weekend...... Come for the dirt, come for the grass on the field, for the blue summer sky...... and for the players making anything possible and making the impossible look easy in style and swag ^_^
