Polanco came through for sure and carried the team but I feel the key to yesterdays game was Luis Castillo for sure....... He went toe to toe with Skubal in a pitchers duel and held out and gave the Mariners the breathing room in bullpen and batters box they so desperately needed in troubled waters......

I mean the order of the lineup as is..... Isn't that competitive for the Yankees IMO.....
I'd start with McMahon in the top of the lineup as #1.... #2 would be Volpe..... #3 Judge.... #4 Bellinger....#5 Ben Rice, #6 Stanton, #7 Wells, #8 Jr, #9 Grisham.
Yankees have to do something and actually have a strategy other than just pray to the Baseball Gods or whatever

Headlessdeadguy… he received some tragic news about his wife. She is in the battle of her life right now with cancer. It’s not looking good and it’s going to be a tough battle. Friends have organized a benefit show and get together for this wonderful woman Tannis. Not sure yet what we can do as far as donating or supporting them but for now if any mid-Atlantic homies can make it out..or anyone for that matter….here’s the details-
Mike is like a brother to me and I love he and Tannis even though we have never officially met. I think if nothing else give your prayers and ask...

ALS awareness matters on..... and off the field...... Lou Gehrig Day or not...... IMO with todays technology maybe an advancement is right around the corner and you never know.....
Remember it's been well over 70-80 years since Lou Gehrig was diagnosed and to this day there is no real cure for ALS....... maybe there isn't a cure but despite that IMO people like Sarah Langs are truly an inspiration not just in the real work she does in the sport not out of a need to be "better" or to do anything amazing really...... but just out of a real love for the sport
The work and dedication Langs brings to the sport is equal to that of Astrophysicist or Brain Surgeons or something....... she simply shows us things about the sport it's trying to tell us and not many others or anyone else can see really...... and for no other reason but for a love of the sport.
Even Shohei, Judge, Trout and anyone else would agree and tip their hat to Miss Langs and all the work she does.
Maybe there isn't a cure today or maybe there won't be one tomorrow.......
But that doesn't stop Langs or hinders her in any way and she is simply the best in Baseball.
Reporting/journalism/statistics/analytics....... No one on the planet is better than Miss Langs and she is the best at what she does ^_^
