The Mets get an A+ for their above and beyond offense on all metrics coming out of the last month......their bats are hot coming out of August and going into September....... AVG, OBP and SLG since August 15th, 2025 ^_^

The Kids Real MLB 2025 Top 12 Power Rankings Update August 31st, 2025.......
Based off Total Team WAR, Starting Pitching rotations projections and the WAR-Ratio as a baseline along with other factors and considerations for teams with most likelihood and highest likelihood of making postseason for 2025.......
My Rankings are more accurate and to a lower margin of error when it came to my Regular Season and Post Season Power Rankings in the 2023 season vs the "experts"......they actually reflected performance by teams better than MLB/ESPN/Verlander/The-Ringer.... as good as the "experts" in 2024 and I don't have a full department of people and "professionals" or "experts" like Ken Rosenthal running around a floor of 500 people and a nationwide network of hundreds if not thousands of reporters and journalist..........
It's just me, my WAR-Ratio method and other factors and considerations, basic stats available to everyone and a little bit of calculus along with my Ti-84+ calculator.......thats it......you heard it here first.......

Currently beating the "experts" at MLB/ESPN/MLB on Fox at their own game........ and while they think they are matching me....... pretty much just copying and pasting my methodology based on the WAR-Ratio that I developed...... they may be using the same deck/hand as me but they don't know how to really use it or how to play the cards that I invented and developed to their full potential.........

ALS awareness matters on..... and off the field...... Lou Gehrig Day or not...... IMO with todays technology maybe an advancement is right around the corner and you never know.....
Remember it's been well over 70-80 years since Lou Gehrig was diagnosed and to this day there is no real cure for ALS....... maybe there isn't a cure but despite that IMO people like Sarah Langs are truly an inspiration not just in the real work she does in the sport not out of a need to be "better" or to do anything amazing really...... but just out of a real love for the sport
The work and dedication Langs brings to the sport is equal to that of Astrophysicist or Brain Surgeons or something....... she simply shows us things about the sport it's trying to tell us and not many others or anyone else can see really...... and for no other reason but for a love of the sport.
Even Shohei, Judge, Trout and anyone else would agree and tip their hat to Miss Langs and all the work she does.
Maybe there isn't a cure today or maybe there won't be one tomorrow.......
But that doesn't stop Langs or hinders her in any way and she is simply the best in Baseball.
Reporting/journalism/statistics/analytics....... No one on the planet is better than Miss Langs and she is the best at what she does ^_^

Headlessdeadguy… he received some tragic news about his wife. She is in the battle of her life right now with cancer. It’s not looking good and it’s going to be a tough battle. Friends have organized a benefit show and get together for this wonderful woman Tannis. Not sure yet what we can do as far as donating or supporting them but for now if any mid-Atlantic homies can make it out..or anyone for that matter….here’s the details-

Horse shit yes, but still ahead in their division. But yeah top 20 or worse in AVG, OBP and SLG ain't good at all for the Dodgers.
It's just hard to count them out even as shit as they are given that every time they look down and out they keep the top spot in their division and will for the foreseeable future. Although the Giants can close that gap and possibly overtake them if the Dodgers continue to blow up and the Padres seem to be blowing up along with the Dodgers....... Maybe the Giants will take the top spot and it will be a fight between Dodgers and Padres for Wild Card......
Undoubtedly they will be ranked lower in the up coming ranking, Phillies will go up as they will take the best record for the week in the NL and depending on other considerations may take top 1 or 2 spot.
